Echo Labs for FERCAM Austria

Turning logistics materials into shared value

Echo Labs works alongside FERCAM to turn the values of sustainability and circular economy into concrete projects that enhance workspaces and improve people’s wellbeing. Through the creative reuse of materials from the logistics supply chain, each initiative becomes an opportunity to reduce waste and generate new value, combining functionality, design and corporate identity.

Within this shared vision, the collaboration with FERCAM Austria led to the development of two distinct projects, carried out between Vienna and Spittal an der Drau. Different contexts, one common approach: rethinking corporate spaces as places to be lived in, not just passed through.

Vienna

In Vienna, Echo Labs focused on transforming pallets into sustainable furniture, giving a second life to materials from the supply chain. Seating and functional surfaces take shape through a clean, essential design, created to support break times and encourage informal interaction. A distinctive detail completes the project: the FERCAM logo carved into wood, a tangible symbol of a corporate identity that connects with nature and reflects a concrete commitment to sustainability.

Spittal an der Drau

In Spittal an der Drau, the project transformed the branch’s terrace into a welcoming relaxation area designed for everyday breaks. A bright, informal space where reclaimed wood becomes an element of comfort and connection, helping to create a more human, open and people-centred working environment.

From logistics materials to spaces that foster relationships and quality time, the projects developed for FERCAM Austria tell a practical and tangible story of sustainability: less waste, more value, and greater attention to people.
