In 2023, FERCAM took part in Transport Logistic in Munich, a globally renowned biennial trade fair focused on logistics, transport, and supply chain management. For this event, FERCAM partnered with Echo Labs to design and build a stand that would showcase the company’s innovative products and solutions in the logistics and transport sector.
Echo Labs’ woodworking artisans crafted tables, stools, chairs, benches, counters, and planters using an upcycling approach—transforming materials recovered from the logistics supply chain into functional furniture pieces. The planters, filled with a variety of plants and shrubs, brought a touch of greenery and vitality to the event, introducing a sense of biodiversity into an indoor space.
Through this upcycling initiative and the integration of urban biodiversity elements, Echo Labs highlighted the importance of innovation and environmental responsibility in the transport and logistics industry, demonstrating how functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability can come together in a single project.
